Shakeology

I'm a shake person. I admit, the idea of getting a bunch of protein, and vitamins in a quick, portable formula has ALWAYS appealed to me! As a busy mom with twins, it was easy for me to put my focus on feeding them, and then remembering, "oh wait, I haven't had lunch today. Oh, and I only had a banana for breakfast too!" NOT GOOD! So when it comes to protein shakes, I have tried just about EVERY one out there, and Shakeology is far and away the only one I have truly loved!

When I started making Shakeology a daily part of my nutrition, I decided to have it for breakfast since that was the meal I struggled the most to a) remember to eat, and b) eat healthy. I did a lot of research on the product beforehand and was really impressed with the natural ingredients, plant based sweeteners, and sustainably sourced ingredients. And the fact I could get it in Chocolate flavor, and get to have healthy chocolate for breakfast (to help with my chocolate cravings too) was a WIN! So I signed up to Coach and get my Shakeology at a 25% discount, and made it a part of my daily routine.

I soon discovered my favorite way to make the shakes- with almond milk, water, 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, 2 TB of PB2, and lots of ice. Blended until creamy, my new favorite meal only takes about 2 minutes to make, and costs me just $3 a day! Since I started having Shakeology every day, I've been able to lose that stubborn muffin top, my cravings for fast food and sweets have diminished, my complexion has cleared up, digestion has improved, I have energy in the mornings and don't feel sluggish and grumpy anymore either!
